Had a great experience with Blaine and his crew. Always showed up on time and were very professional. Gave us a quote for our master bathroom remodel the first day we met, and stuck to that price. Started work the next day. Completed job in just a few days. Plus, great discount for teachers and military personnel. Can't wait to move on to the next project with LV Restoration. I am so happy I found Blaine and LV Restoration! Originally I got two quotes one from this company and one from my real estate agent recommendation. We had a whole house make over so it was gonna be a big project. Blaine's estimate was 10k cheaper so we went with him. He redid my kitchen which we LOVE! Everyone who comes to our house says our kitchen belongs in a magazine. He also redid our bathroom and put in a killer steam shower. The crew was super friendly too, never had any problems with them. Thanks again Blaine. I will definitely come back in the future when I'm ready to invest in rental properties. You guys got a loyal customer for life.

Amazing tile work! Needed my guest bathroom demolished and remodeled ASAP because I had my roommate moving in. I worked with Mike and he assured me it would be done by the date my roommate needed to move in. It was all done within a 3 week period and was done to perfection. Mike was here almost everyday making sure everything was addressed and done to my expectations. LVR has a great team of workers who pay attention to every detail especially the tile work. Would definitely recommend LV Restoration for any type of remodeling. I absolutely love my new bathroom! So glad I went with this company and will definitely use them again.

Working with Blane and the crew at LVR has been a great experience. Moving to Las Vegas from California my wife and I had no idea of who to call for the interior remodel of our home.

Trusting the Yelp reviews we called LVR for an estimate. We wanted an extensive remodel of three bathrooms and kitchen.

You can look at LVR's photos which include several of our house and you will see why we are so pleased.

The work was finished when promised and the inconvenience of workers doing a job while we were living in the house was kept to a minimum.

All in all I would highly recommend LVR to anyone who is in the market for a great contractor.

We have used so many handymen in town and have been very disappointed, they don't call back, come back or finish the job. I am so glad we found Blane a few years ago!!

Blane is amazing!! We have been using him for a few years. He always does what he says he is going to do. He does quality work at very affordable prices. Anytime I have a problem with my house or rental properties I can always depend on him to quickly address my needs with great work. If anybody needs work done, I would only call Blane to do any work I need to be done!!!!

We had a car crash through our retaining wall and into our rental property at 1:30pm while we were in los Angeles and by time we drove back into Vegas 4 hours later, Blaine had visited the property, had his crew taking photo's for the insurance company and the hole in the house was secured, glass cleaned from the interior of the house, brick cleaned from the back yard.

Blaine made it so my renters felt secure and safe after such a crazy traumatic event.

As for the repair to the house which was an entire new 8ft glass sliding door and frame, stucco, painting (matching the exterior paint) was completed by 2pm the following day with a few additional visit over the following days to check in on the work.

I am not trying to put Blaine on the spot to be somewhere in such notice but if you need a fair and honest person to deal with call LV Restoration.

First off, they actually answered the phone, and we're very polite and secondly I was able to make an appointment for the next day and they were on time. That's the kinda attention a customer wants to receive.

We had a hot water heater give out over the weekend. I reached out to a friend and was told to call this company since they are on call 24/7. Within the hour there was a crew of professionals at my home repairing the damaged drywall and installing a brand-new unit. They gave me the option to run it through my insurance or pay for it directly. The technicians were professional and very kind. They did an amazing job and their pricing is very affordable. Highly recommended!
